 The therapy program that Frank Caiati and Mind Alchemy New York offers is to be held online, via Zoom (for consultations and Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions) in-office sessions, text interactions via text or Email and by phone. People with Epilepsy or any person diagnosed with psychosis should not enter hypnosis. Frank Caiati and Mind Alchemy New York accepts no responsibility if the client misstates or withholds information about any disorders, illnesses or medical conditions that might be prohibitive for hypnosis. Under no circumstances shall Frank Caiati and Mind Alchemy New York be liable for any special or consequential damages in any way now or in the future that results from the use of or the inability to use hypnosis, advanced hypnotic techniques, hypnotherapy or any other therapies. The information, techniques, methods, recommendations by Frank Caiati and Mind Alchemy New York are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognizably qualified. If you are under medical care for ANY condition, do NOT make adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt, you should seek your physician’s advice.
